I have been hearing about this book on a few online groups and knew I had to dive in and start seeing the hype. Holy moly, guacamole I was amazed. I so didn't see anything coming like I thought I would. The ending is awesome! We are introduced to our main character Kit who is a caretaker, she is not a nurse because she never went to medical school. Her job is to care for patients who can no longer care for themselves. When she lands a job at the dreaded Hope's End, it ends up being more than just caring for the patient, Lenora. She will uncover all sorts of secrets and lies. Things have been covered up for years, and somehow, she is the person that will unravel it all. The mystery was there, the suspense was there. To be honest, I am not sure I would even want to live in a house that will eventually fall off the cliff. Pick this book up. You won't be disappointed, so just go along for the ride.
