Review: Chasing Sam Vegas Mates Book 1 by: Krystal Shannan

Samantha Demakis doesn't want a mate right now. She wants to finish her degree and work as a doctor in third world countries. Her birth-rite and family obligations to her status as the first daughter of a noble family beg to differ. In fact, even her wolf seems to be against her. A lot of things are chasing Sam, but who or what will catch her in the end?

I was really going to give this book a solid 5. 

Even though the book had me from the beginning, the ending was not really what I was expecting. You have Sam who has put off being mated to someone Noble. That is until she meets Chase, Sam and her inner wolf feels as though he is her soul mate. But Chase and Sam's family seem to have bad blood between them which of course you know had to happened. Will Chase and Sam end up together or will Sam have to be with someone her heart and wolf doesn't want. 

Now I really liked Sam being as she stood her ground she didn't like to be told. And when Sam and her mother almost got into it wow! I was like damn who is gonna win this argument.

Now when they were out hunting the other wolves and Chase I felt there could have been a bit more action. It seemed to go by so quickly. I do hope there is another book within this series, because I want to know what Sam's family is going to think after the series of events that happened on the hunt.
