Blurb:

All of Samantha Bevan’s memories have been returned to her. But instead of bringing her peace, they’ve only brought her more turmoil. She now recalls the dark addiction to feeling other people’s deaths and every day is a struggle to control her urges. At least she has Austin to help her… or does she? Samantha will discover that even with her memories, she doesn’t know the truth of her past, and those secrets may prove detrimental to her and everyone she loves. Will she be able to unravel the mystery of who’s been pulling her strings before it’s too late? Or will Austin be the one to suffer from her mistakes?

I received this ARC to give an honest review.
If I could give this book more than 5 stars I sure enough would. But alas I can not and it is a 5 star rating.
Damn D.T. does it again, she captured me into this story of hell that Sammy and Austin have to go through and of course that caused me not to put it down. But with the way the ending was left I do wonder if we would be getting a book three? There was so much that I loved within this book that I honestly feel as if I say too much I would be giving it all away.
Let's just say things don't seem to be what they really are and it may be to late to realize this for some of the characters.
Sam gets her memories back and let's just say she is surrounded by secrets that I am surprised she is holding on to sanity as good as she has.
But damn when is Nixon going to get a flippin clue that Sam DOES NOT WANT HIM! Goodness, but I think there is something more underlining here. But that is just my thought.
Austin is one of those bad boy type characters that makes you just wet while reading about his sex scenes with Sammy. And I LOVE the way he calls her his Sammy Girl, it's just so cute.
You get more back story within the story line of Sam and Austin and it all makes sense now. I found myself on one than more occasion going WHAT! I totally didn't see that coming and I was surprised at some of the revealings of the characters. D.T. has a way with words, and characters that will have you wanting to more and more.  Not all is what is seems with the characters, some are more shady than others, and Sam is just now finding this out. But will it help her or hurt her in the end?
How far will you go for the person you love?

One of my favorite parts that I did not know Sam had in her. I mean I knew she could rock Austin's world but damn she got the balls to do something I could not even dream about doing.
'I shut him up by straddling his face. I laughed at the surprise that registered in his eyes,'

My favorite quotes:
"You're an asshole." I hissed. "Yeah, but I'm your asshole, and you love me."
"I love him, Nixon, with all of my heart. I'm sorry that I hurt you, but the heart wants what the heart wants."
"What the fuck? Do you just carry syringes with drugs around in them to knock people ou...."

Now I highly suggest you read book one Feeling Death, so you can get a feel of the characters and their story and how all of this has begun. This is a dark paranormal read that I say you need to read but for 18+.
