Blood Magic will take you on a mystical ride into alternate dimensions, the magical world of the Draven witches, and the supernatural creatures that would give their life to protect them.

I received this book to give an honest review.
I really enjoyed this book more than I thought I would. You have Renee who has been in hiding pretty much until it is time for her to come into the mortal world and defend her bloodline. Renee isn't your normal witch, she is a hybrid which is pretty bad ass all in itself. She is part witch and part vampire. But her vampire side isn't fully awaken yet and that is when Dante comes into play.
Now I had a problem with Renee opening her legs at such a quick time. We watch her transform into this bad-ass chick, but at the same time as soon as she comes into the mortal world and sees a really hot guy named Tristan she ends up sleeping with him. I was like wow really girl? I mean she seem to have more lust in her eyes than anything. With that being said, there were also grammar mistakes that should have been caught through out the story line as they were easy to see.

Other than those two little things that bothered me. The story line is a  great one and had me wanting to read more and more of Renee's destiny. She is a bit mouthy and doesn't think of what her actions will do. I enjoyed how the magical world is on the true love thing.  And the magic that Renee has within her is WOW! She is one powerful chick that Damaskeos really shouldn't be messing with but will he learn his lesson?

If you are looking for a powerful magic story with a female character who doesn't take much crap from anyone and has a destiny to fulfill I suggest you get your copy.

Zoey SweeteZoey Sweete has been writing since she was around twelve years old. Always able to explain how she felt or put what she was thinking better on paper than saying it, writing became an outlet for her. The paper did not judge her or talk back, but listened to her inner struggles and allowed her to be free. It became a form of therapy for her.

Zoey Sweete is known for her Draven Witch Series but does not limit herself to just the paranormal genre. She has published several poetry collections, erotica both paranormal and some light BDSM, and is looking to expand herself more into the dark world of twisted thrillers. She will also take on writing under another pen name as well, Emerald Rai Fleurs or Rai Emeralds. This will allow her to push past her own boundaries, expand her audience, and even though she has never really limited herself on her writing as Zoey, she wanted to be able to do something different, and creating a new persona with a new style was something that sounded like a whole lot of fun.

She has several anthologies she has been featured in and now is looking to start collaborating with other authors whether for private collections or co-writing full length manuscripts. She will writing in these collections, collaborations, and anthologies both as Zoey Sweete and Emerald Rai Fleurs/Rai Emeralds.

Zoey Sweete is not only an author but also the owner of Phoenix Fire Publishing. She wanted to create a publishing company by an author for authors. She believes working one on one with each of her authors and developing not only a business partnership but a friendship as well.

She lives in Central Texas with her beautiful daughter who has her mother's unique sense of story telling and vivid imagination.

But she was told from an early age that if you were going to dream then dream big, or don't dream at all. Her dreams are just getting started....
